Brief:

To come up with a bespoke event for Chivas XV product launch that will not only set it apart for consumers but will also be the talk in town for eons..

Chivas XV

Chivas XV is launching in the Kenyan market, this is a new blend created specifically for celebration occasion. Chivas core value is Success is a Blend. Currently, Chivas is associated with the older generation and they would like to switch this perception/mentality. Chivas XV should be the whisky of choice for celebratory moments.

In the market it’s competitors have been aggressively pushing their brand.

Introducing Chivas XV Video

The Brief:

The launch event was to comprise of the following elements as per pitch and brand guidelines;
Secret location
QR Codes and Mobile App for invites and guest communication
A guestlist of 200 individuals
A clear event transition from black to all gold
A secret bar in the main event
A gold lit tunnel
Food Elements – To translate from Black to gold
An unique blend of artist performance -Opposites if possible

Our Role:
Alternative undertook the following jobs:

Venue Liaison, Recce and Management including preparation of floor plan for approval
Registration and accreditation of guests
Décor of the space including various elements
Technical requirements: Sound, Lighting AV, Screen content, Stage lighting, and all staging elements
Assist with program production and flow
Management of Event Set up and Set down
Evaluation and Reporting at various milestones including final wrap up report
Guestlist and Influencer Management
